In the Bakersfield Market we are currently reaching over 50,000 homes. The average home that we reach has a home value of $350,000 and the average household income is over $150,000. We are mailed to verified home owner occupied homes, so that we are reaching the decision makers, and not renters.
We reach these 50,000 homes through two separate mailings. Each month we mail to a list of 25,000 and we rotate between two lists, in order to reach 50,000.
